By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Horsewood's official store identifies BuyGoods as the product retailer and describes purchases as one-time transactions without automatic renewal. The store currently publishes freight of $9.99 for domestic US orders, free US shipping for the 6-bottle package, and $19.90 for international orders. Published delivery estimates are 5–7 working days in the United States and 10–15 working days in Canada and other countries. Customs charges may apply to international orders.
The seller advertises a 60-day return period from the order date. Horsewood's official support and contact pages currently contain differing instructions about whether only unused bottles or all bottles must be returned. Buyers should obtain current instructions from Horsewood before sending a return. The seller states that customers pay return postage and that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund posting time may depend on the bank.
